TRUST THE CATALYST THAT BROUGHT

YOU HERE

Welcome to Bergeron Counseling Center

We are sincerely grateful that you’re here. We provide in person and long-distance counseling and coaching for adults, teens, and organizations. If you’ve been drawn to our center, then there’s a chance you’re experiencing a time of challenge, turbulence or pain in your life. Your challenges might be based in serious psychological, physical or emotional pain, you might be stuck in a pattern that’s holding you back, or you may even be in a period of positive, but potentially disorienting, growth.

Whatever you’re feeling, you can trust the catalyst that brought you here.

The journey you are on might feel isolated and lonely at times, but you don’t have to do it alone. We’re real people living real life challenges, and we know, in our bones, the struggles and obstacles encountered along the path of growth and change. We would be honored to guide you on your journey.

The foundation of our offerings is built upon the wisdom acquired through our lived experiences. Based on years of personal inquiry and professional training, we see that it’s not the experience itself, but the way we relate to it that makes it so painful.

We’ve built our center on the belief that, when you build a compassionate and loving relationship with all parts of yourself, you open the door to freedom and lasting, positive change.

Digestive Health Counseling

Are you suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn’s disease? If your answer is yes, you may also be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. The physical symptoms are exhausting enough. The emotional and psychological impact, at times, can feel unbearable. You are not alone. Freedom and relief are possible.

Body Centered Psychotherapy

Do you ever wake up in the morning with your heart and mind racing? Have you noticed that, when you feel anxious, you also feel a shortness of breath and heat in your chest? Do you feel the heaviness in your bones when you’re feeling depressed? In joyful and confident moments, do you notice how your chest broadens, you sit up taller, and you feel more settled in your own skin?

Business Partner Coaching

Partnership coaching helps partners not just find common ground, but also create the necessary conditions to grow and thrive together, leading to a more fulfilling working relationship. Whether you are just starting a business and want to lay the foundation for solid communication and a shared understanding of goals and values, or whether you are already deep into the rigors of running an operating business, coaching can be an invaluable tool in strengthening or repairing the partnership relationship.

Personal Coaching

Coaching is about learning. It’s a forum in which you learn about yourself, who you want to be, and what is holding you back from embodying your own truth. Through coaching, we work together to help you learn how to identify limiting beliefs and step beyond them, how to unlock your inherent wisdom, and how to build skills and tools to create sustainable and lasting change in your life.

Corporate Emotional Wellness

Emotional Wellness Coaching is a focused process for companies and organizations interested in prioritizing the emotional wellness, psychological resilience and general fulfillment of an organization's most important asset: its people.

Trauma Therapy

Do you experience persistent anxiety, or a feeling like you’re constantly on edge? Do you have difficulty sleeping, or wake in the morning with your heart and mind racing? Do you have recurring emotional outbursts, or notice yourself overreacting to seemingly insignificant situations?
