Find Your Way Back To Yourself

”You are the sky. Everything else— it’s just the weather.” Pema Chödrön
Welcome to Bergeron Counseling Center
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or navigating a season of change. You might be someone others rely on, someone who holds a lot together on the outside, while internally feeling stretched thin or disconnected.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
At Bergeron Counseling Center, I offer in-person therapy in Boulder, Colorado and telehealth across Colorado for adults, teens, and parents seeking deeper healing, clarity, and meaningful change.

You don’t have to navigate this season alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to create.

My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change doesn’t come from “fixing” yourself—but from understanding yourself differently.
Many of the patterns that feel frustrating or limiting—overthinking, over functioning, anxiety, disconnection—are not random. They often began as ways of coping, protecting, or adapting.
In therapy, we will gently explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while creating space for something new. As your relationship with yourself begins to shift, so does your capacity for more ease, connection, and fulfillment in your life.

I integrate evidence-based and body-centered therapies, including:
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Somatic (body-based) psychotherapy
This allows us to go beyond insight alone and support real, lasting change—helping you feel different, not just think differently.

This practice is grounded in the belief that when you cultivate a compassionate and loving relationship with all parts of yourself, you open the door to freedom and lasting, meaningful change.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Growth can feel isolating at times—but it doesn’t have to be.

I understand, both personally and professionally, how complex and meaningful this work can be.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Trauma Therapy
Do you ever notice how certain situations trigger reactions that feel larger than the moment itself? In the aftermath of trauma, do you find yourself staying on guard, anticipating danger, or carrying emotional weight that is difficult to explain to others? And when you feel safe, do you notice a sense of calm slowly returning?

Codependency Recovery Therapy
Do you ever notice how your sense of peace depends on how someone else is doing? In co-dependency, do you find yourself overthinking messages, emotions, or distance, as if their state defines your own? And in moments you choose yourself first, do you feel your body soften, your breath deepen, and a quiet sense of coming back to yourself again?

Personal Growth
Do you ever notice how you speak to yourself in moments of stress, echoing what you once needed but didn’t receive? In re-parenting, do you find yourself learning to pause, to respond with patience instead of pressure? And in those moments you choose care over criticism, do you feel a quiet sense of safety and trust beginning to build within you?
Maternal Mental Health Therapy & Parent Coaching
Do you ever feel like emotional overwhelm, exhaustion, or guilt in motherhood takes over before you even have a chance to respond the way you want to?

Do you ever feel like you know the kind of parent you want to be, but in the moment you keep falling into reactivity, frustration, or shutdown instead?
Eating Disorder Recovery Therapy
There are moments in eating disorder recovery where emotions feel layered—hope, fear, determination, and self-doubt all existing at once. In those spaces, a person can find themselves constantly negotiating with thoughts about food, body image, and control while quietly losing connection with their own needs, values, and sense of self.
